The 4th Asia-Pacific Conference on Energy Storage and Conversion (APEnergy2023) was successfully held at Xiamen University

The 4th Asia-Pacific Conference on Energy Storage and Conversion (APEnergy2023) was held at Xiamen University from November 25-28, 2023. The conference attracted over 500 experts and scholars from around the world who gathered to explore the latest research findings and advancements in the field of electrochemical energy storage and conversion. A wide range of topics were covered during the event, including electrochemical fundamentals, advanced characterization techniques, rechargeable batteries, electrocatalysis, and the crucial realm of hydrogen and green energy. The conference featured a comprehensive program that included 5 plenary lectures, 15 keynote talks, 28 invited talks, 38 oral presentations, and over 100 poster presentations. These sessions provided a platform for participants to share their groundbreaking work, fostering collaboration and knowledge exchange among attendees. The conference culminated in a closing ceremony, where the winners of the APEnergy2023 Best Poster Award were announced, recognizing the exceptional contributions of 15 participants.

Co-sponsored by Xiamen University and Qingdao University, the conference was organized by Tan Kah Kee Innovation Laboratory, the Collaborative Innovation Center of Chemistry for Energy Materials, the State Key Laboratory of Physical Chemistry of Solid Surface at Xiamen University, the College of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering at Xiamen University, College of Materials Science and Engineering at Qindao University and Institute of Materials for Energy and Environment at Qindao University.
